At Empowaa, our mission is to tirelessly address the unemployment crisis in our nation and across Africa. We firmly believe that if we don't tackle this problem, then who will? The sheer difficulty of the situation only motivates us further to find a solution. We've come across global statements that depict Africans as lazy, constantly relying on other countries for survival. While there may be some truth to this perception, it only holds to a certain extent.
At Empowaa, we don't perceive Africa as having a "Laziness" issue; rather, we see it as an "Opportunity" problem. This very reason drives our talented individuals to seek opportunities abroad and contribute value to those nations once they have the means, as the African continent presents limitations while the sky's the limit elsewhere.
Recognizing these gaps, Empowaa aims to instigate change and bring opportunities to the lower and middle classes. The availability of skills is not the concern, as many individuals possess diverse and multiple talents. It becomes disheartening when they are unable to earn a livelihood or profit from their skills. Our dedicated team continuously develops ideas to assist people in capitalising on their abilities and generating sustainable income.
