If after the service supplied through our platforms the buyer and the seller exchanges information and contact each other outside our platforms, Empowaa will not be held be responsible under that scenario or any other related scenarios as the one mentioned.
If the buyer does not feel safe because the seller is accompanied by his/her companion, the buyer has the right to reject the service. If the buyer feels unsafe in a place where service is required, he/she has the right to reject the job.
The is no specific number that limits all our seller's number of jobs they can take a day, it depends on their services. so we advice the to set their own number and contact the buyers early on if they need to postpone, and the buyer has the right to cancel the service and find someone else on the platform

After the service, go back to our platform, rate our seller honestly, and leave a comment. Sellers who repeatedly recieve low ratings and bad reviews will lose access to the platform.
